3S Configuration (Series - 9.6V):
- Connect 3 cells in series
- Positive of Cell 1 to Negative of Cell 2
- Positive of Cell 2 to Negative of Cell 3
- Result: 9.6V, 600mAh
- Best Tab Type: Type A or Type C

3P Configuration (Parallel - 3.2V):
- Connect all 3 cells in parallel
- All positive tabs together
- All negative tabs together
