Package Contents
- 1× FMA 3.2V 27Ah LiFePO4 Prismatic Cell (quantity as ordered)
How to Use
- Inspect the cell upon receipt. Do not use if the casing is damaged, dented, or the terminals are corroded.
- For single-cell use, connect positive (+) and negative (−) terminals to your load or charger — observe correct polarity.
- For multi-cell pack assembly, connect cells in series (for higher voltage) or parallel (for higher capacity) using appropriate busbars or nickel strips. Always use a BMS.
- Charge using a LiFePO4-compatible charger set to 3.65V per cell (CC/CV mode). Do not use Li-ion or Li-Po charger profiles.
- For long-term storage, maintain cells at ~3.2–3.3V (nominal). Check voltage every 3–6 months and top up if needed.
Important Cautions
- ⚠️ Use a LiFePO4-specific charger. Max charge voltage is 3.65V per cell. Never exceed this voltage.
- ⚠️ Always use a BMS when assembling multi-cell packs to prevent cell imbalance, overcharge, and over-discharge.
- ⚠️ Never short-circuit the terminals. High short-circuit current can cause fire or explosion.
- ⚠️ Do not puncture, crush, or disassemble the cell.
- ⚠️ Do not discharge below 2.5V per cell. Deep discharge will permanently damage the cell.
- ⚠️ Do not expose to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures during storage or use.
- ⚠️ Keep out of reach of children.
Safety Information
- Charging: Use a LiFePO4 charger (3.65V max per cell). Never use Li-ion or Li-Po charger profiles. Do not overcharge.
- Storage: Store at 3.2–3.3V in a cool, dry place (15–25°C). Avoid full charge for long-term storage. Check every 3–6 months.
- Operation: Discharge within 2.5V–3.65V range. Do not short-circuit or disassemble. Avoid water and moisture.
- Temperature: Charge: 0°C–45°C. Discharge: −20°C–60°C. Do not charge below 0°C.
- Disposal: Discharge to safe voltage, then dispose of according to local lithium battery / e-waste regulations. Do not incinerate.
- Inspection: Inspect before each use. Do not use if swollen, damaged, leaking, or showing abnormal heat.
