Simple Battery Replacement Guide
✅ Easy Plug-and-Play Installation - No Soldering Required!
Step 1: Choose the Correct Connector
- Check your alarm system's existing battery connector
- Select matching connector: SMP, SYP, XHR, or UV
- If unsure, take a photo and contact us for help
Step 2: Prepare for Replacement
- Disarm alarm system if necessary
- Open alarm panel or battery compartment
- Take a photo of old battery orientation for reference
Step 3: Remove Old Battery
- Locate the connector inside alarm panel
- Gently pull connector straight out (do not twist)
- Remove old battery from compartment
Step 4: Install New Battery
- Place new battery in compartment
- Ensure wires are not pinched
- Align connector with socket
- Plug in connector - it should fit smoothly
Step 5: Test and Close
- Verify alarm system powers on correctly
- Test alarm functions
- Close panel and secure
- Re-arm alarm system
