Charging Instructions

For Protected Version (with PCM):

• Use a standard LiFePO4 charger with appropriate voltage (9.6V nominal)
• Connect via the main discharge connector
• Built-in protection prevents overcharging

For High-Discharge Version (No PCM):

• MUST use a balance charger
• Connect the 4-wire JST-XH balance connector to your charger
• Set charger to LiFePO4 mode, 3S configuration
• Charge at 1C rate (1.6A) or lower
• Monitor cell voltages during charging (each cell should be 3.65V max)
• Never charge without a balance charger - risk of fire or damage

Safety Information

Charging:

• Use only chargers specifically designed for LiFePO4 batteries
• Never exceed the recommended charging voltage (typically 3.65V per cell)
• Do not leave batteries unattended while charging
• Charge in a fireproof container or on a non-flammable surface
• For No PCM version: Balance charging is mandatory

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep away from flammable materials
• Store at partial charge (40-60%) for long-term storage
• Do not store in extreme temperatures (recommended: 5°C to 25°C)

Operation:

• Do not short circuit the battery terminals
• Discontinue use if battery becomes hot, swollen, or damaged
• Do not disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery
• Keep away from children and pets
• For No PCM version: Monitor voltage during use to prevent over-discharge

Temperature:

• Operating temperature: -20°C to 60°C
• Charging temperature: 0°C to 45°C
• Do not use or charge in extreme temperatures

Disposal:

• Dispose of batteries according to local regulations
• Do not dispose of in regular household waste
• Recycle at designated battery collection points

Inspection:

• Inspect battery regularly for signs of damage, swelling, or leakage
• Replace immediately if any abnormalities are detected
